Delivery and Returns

Return policy

Chhatwal & Jonsson AB return period is 14 days. This means that you can choose to return your order any time within 14 days of receiving the item. Chhatwal & Jonsson AB shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product.

Return cost

  • Cushion covers, outdoor cushions and door mats: 25 EUR
  • Rug samples: 25 EUR
  • Rugs: 80 EUR


When returning a product

  • Contact order@chhatwal-jonsson.se to receive shipping documents for your return.
  • Take good care of the articles, they must be in perfect condition, labeled and unused.
  • You can re-use the packaging you received the goods in. Carefully repack the goods so they are not damaged during transport. Do not forget to insert the return slip in the package so we can easily identify your order.
  • Outdoor cushions should be intact in their vacuum pack.


You do not qualify for our return policy if

  • You have purchased a customized product or a product with a significant personal customization.
  • Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.
  • The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.
  • The plastic covering of the outdoor cushions had been cut/opened, thereby releasing the vacuum pack.


Delivery

We deliver within the EU, Norway, UK and Swithzerland through UPS and in general you will receive your parcel in 5-7 days if the products are in stock. Otherwise the delivery time is stated on the spefific product or in the checkout. If you are located outside of Europe, email us on info@chhatwal-jonsson.se and we will help you with your order.

Delivery cost

You will find the cost of the delivery in the checkout and it will depend on type of product you are ordering. The cost of delivery differs between rugs and cushion covers/outdoor cushions/rug samples. However, we offer free shipping on EU orders of cushion covers and outdoor cushions with a value over 160 EUR.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and you as the customer are responsible for the transportation costs.

  • For unclaimed packages of cushions covers or outdoor cushions you will be debited 25 EUR.
  • For unclaimed packages of rugs you will be debited 100 EUR.

To avoid unintentional returns please make sure you have knowledge of the package holding time of your local delivery point.
