|These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through chhatwal-jonsson.com and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon chhatwal-jonsson.com, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Chhatwal & Jonsson AB.
Price and PaymentWe accept any order, there is no minimum quantity. You have to be at least 18 years old to place an order, otherwise parent or legal guardian must approve to these Terms and conditions on your behalf. Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment. Local custom duties and taxes applicable in your country are not shown in the price and are applicable as per regulations in the country of delivery. This is an additional cost to be borne by you. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order in case of errors in pricing, description, image or accessibility, however you will always be notified to accept or decline the fulfilment of your purchase.

Payment methodsWe accept credit card payments through Klarna. The transaction of data is handled in a secure manner by Klarna. DeliveryIn general you will receive your parcel in 5-7 days (unless informed otherwise). The deliverytime is stated in the shopping cart next to the various ways of delivery. If a product has another delivery time than expressed in the shopping cart, this delivery time will be stated in connection to the individual products. In case Chhatwal & Jonsson AB has reason to question buyers's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, chhatwal & Jonsson AB have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payments for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Chhatwal & Jonsson AB.
Unclaimed packagesUnclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees at minimum equivalent to EUR 25 in connection with return delivery. To avoid unintentional returns please make sure you have knowledge of the package holding time of your local delivery point
ColoursChhatwal & Jonsson AB cannot guarantee that the colors in the web shop reflect the colors of the products in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer screen settings, mobile screen settings or graphics card.
Return policyChhatwal & Jonsson AB return period is 14 days. Chhatwal & Jonsson AB shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. Chhatwal & Jonsson AB will pay to send replacement products(if applicable). In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the full, or a significant part of the product.

Force MajeureChhatwal & Jonsson AB is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
